Fact:
I've been gone to hibernation this cold season. :D
That is to explain why I haven't been out and about in this city for quite sometime now. I hate going out on cold weather. I hate dressing up in layers of clothes (I go for fashion first before comfort). So you can't drag me out from the comfort of my warm bed to a winter-y cold night no matter how death(ifying) your excuse may be! haha
So I hope my Beijing friends get to understand that now.
And FYI: I'm not ditching Beijing just yet, I'm just moving to a new apartment. So you can now all breath of relief and move on.
Thankyou! Thankyou! (in my Ms. Universe wave!) ;)
Being at home on a weekend night, doesn't mean I'm not enjoying. Truth is, being at home gives me plentiful of ideas to make my weekend evenings very special.
Yes, amo ko na ka drama! Bleh! :P
Take this weekend for example. Since I love to drink. In moderation, of course. I tried making my own cocktail. So on my first attempt to such...I had
Strawberry Mojito! A big shout out to
Erwan Heussaff of
The Fat Kid Inside for sharing this DIYing process. Maraming Salamat! Xie Xie! Merci, monsieur! mwah!

| I have to keep a copy...for future use! ;) |
Let me just say...it was THE bomb!!!
Lookah, lookah...how I did it...
 |
Big container is the best way to do it!
Use a recyclable container. This one was from a take away soup. |
 |
| Crush mint and basil leaves together. |
 |
| I added 2 1/2 shots of Tanduay rum. I love the kick! |
 |
I have a total of 6 frozen strawberries in this drink.
Or you can go with 4. Bashed. |
 |
| I used honey as syrup. A tablespoon of it. |
 |
| I added two thin slices of lemon. Squeezed. |
 |
| And filled it up with one can of soda water. |
 |
| Stir and mix! |
 |
| And drink up!!! ^.^ |
I can't get enough of it!
My roommates can't get enough of it!
So I know you can't get enough of it too!
I made six of it last night! ;-)
